Work Inputs included providing the client with a calculation of the increase in servicing and deliveries as part of proposals to increase the floor area of the building by 25% by providing an additional floor. TPHS provided a TS, Travel Plan and CTMP for the development including detailed assessment of the servicing trips to be undertaken within the confines of the existing service bay off-street as part of the works. The work was successful in assisting to obtain planning consent and the work is currently being delivered on site.
